TRANSPARENCY

Since its inception, Oil States Trading, LLC has worked to provide
transparency in all of it's activity.

The following items are avaliable to all investors to provide an assurance that
the company is operating using appropriate and standard business practices.

1. Copies of annual audits and contract data for our auditor. This includes
the information that our auditor is a recognized and respected accounting
firm.

2. Copies of financial data including Income Statements and Balance Sheets.

3. Listing with property information to allow an investor to verify holdings.
