Oil States Trading has a combined 40 years of hands-on, in-depth knowledge
and management experience in a three-person team of professionals who have
purchased numerous properties in the recent past.
Oil States Trading utilizes research tools including historical financial
databases (created and managed by Oil States), online databases, modeling
software and industry libraries to conduct ongoing research activities and
property screening.
Oil States Trading has a reputation for closing deals.
Oil States Trading has developed personal contacts throughout the industry
that generate target properties. In addition we monitor brokered and listed sales
to locate high quality acquisition candidates.
Because of these assets, careful research, and a comprehensive knowledge of
the business, Oil States Trading is presented with and uncovers viable

W. Allan Meador - Finance
With a BM in composition, an MBA from Hardin-Simmons University and
20 years of finance, accounting, and management experience in many business
environments, Mr. Meador oversees the evaluation for all projects and the
accounting of the company.
In the 1980s, Mr. Meador served as Vice President of Finance and lead
accountant for James P. Dunigan Inc., one of the most dynamic entrepreneurial
organizations in Texas. In the 1990s, he was responsible for taking Allegro Energy
from a startup company to over 1000 barrels per day oil production in 24 months.
Mr. Meador’s list of completed projects and acquisitions is extensive.
Paul Anthony Thomas - Certified Professional Geologist
Mr. Thomas is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 15 years as a
well site superintendent & exploration professional and an additional 10
years in upper management of petroleum production operations. He has
a history of evaluating oil and gas projects in the United States and abroad.
After 15 years as an exploration geologist/geophysicist and alternative investment
manager, Mr. Thomas spent seven years working for the Environmental Protection
Agency as a national expert and trainer in various programs. Mr. Thomas returned
to the investment world (including oil
and gas investment evaluation) in 1997.

Vincent Arena - Engineer
With over 17 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, operations,
planning, administration, training, technology and project management.
Mr. Arena has delivered proven results with premier organizations such as
Halliburton/Brown & Root, and FDLIC, both leaders in their respective industries.
Mr. Arena is a take-charge innovator, willing to embrace prudent risks to
exceed goals on time, and under budget. Mr. Arena has also been responsible
for resolving all field engineering problems on projects ranging in size from
one $100 million to $1 billion.
